    • Light styling to refresh your look (straighten or curl)

At R. Jaye Hair, protecting the integrity of your natural hair is just as important as delivering a flawless install. I don’t believe in shortcuts when it comes to healthy hair — and I only work with clients who are just as committed.

When you book with me, you’re placing your trust in a licensed professional who cares about your long-term hair health. This means certain things are non-negotiable and part of your luxury experience.

What You’re Agreeing To When You Book:

Mandatory Trims & Treatments

Healthy sew-ins start with a healthy foundation. If your hair needs a trim or treatment to prevent damage, it will be included in your service. I do not offer the option to decline a trim if it’s needed.

Service Adjustments

If your hair or scalp is not in the proper condition to safely receive a sew-in, we will discuss alternative styling options that better support your hair’s current state. Your health comes first.

For Appointments with Hair Provided

Hair is only ordered once your deposit is paid. All appointments with hair included must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

If a style change is necessary and you choose not to proceed with an alternative, you are entitled to the raw hair purchased only if your deposit covered the full hair cost. If not, the remaining balance must be paid before hair is released. No refunds are given on hair once it’s ordered.
